West End Lofts Phase II, designed by Kline Swinney and Associates was completed in January 2005, adjacent to phase I. The nine-story structure features 31 urban lofts, many with dramatic views of downtown Nashville and Vanderbilt University. The building features condos ranging in size from 900 to 2,700 square feet.
